Exchange Policy

 

CLOTHING THAT IS RETURNED MUST BE FREE OF ALL DOG HAIR, ODOR AND STAINS.  IT MUST ALSO INCLUDE ORIGINAL TAGS WHERE APPLICABLE.  IF YOUR EXCHANGE ARRIVES WITH DOG HAIR, ODORS OR STAINS, NO EXCHANGE WILL BE PROCESSED AND THE GARMENT(S) WILL BE DONATED.  IN ORDER TO ENSURE A PROPER EXCHANGE, MAKE SURE YOUR ITEM IS IN BRAND NEW CONDITION. 

 

We do not give Cash Refunds (credit card, Google or PayPal) on any orders; most returns are only eligible for size exchange ONLY. The customer is responsible for the shipping both ways on exchanges. The actual shipping fees plus a $4.00 handling fee (for vests that have patches sewn on) will be charged to your card on file and the product will be shipped back to you once it is received and inspected by us for damage.  Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the receipt of the item.  No exceptions.

Items that cannot be exchanged are food, treats, consumables, special orders including vests with your chosen patches sewn on, custom id badges (unless we make a spelling mistake), small dog carriers, beds and clearance items.

YOU MUST USE OUR EXCHANGE REQUEST FORM FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
 PACKAGES RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL AND AN RMA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED. 
 

For your protection, you may want to ensure the return shipment as we will not be held responsible for the condition of the products being returned or for lost or misdirected items shipped back to us.
